Notes:

* In specific cases lower minima could be approved.

  • A Commercial Certificate requires valid Medical Certificate Class II.  All instructors hold at least a Medical Certificate Class II.
  •  For instruction in Aircraft that do not belong to TAI the Owner of this aircraft has to prove insurance for instruction and has to name Tradewind as additional insured on that policy.
  • A copy of the applicable part of the insurance policy has to be kept on file with Tradewind.
  • Any deviation of the minimum requirements has to be specifically approved by the insurance company in writing and/or by Tradewind before any flight.
  • All Tradewind Terms and Conditions of the Rules for Aircraft Rental and for Flight Instructor Services apply.
